PASSING TO HIGHER SERVICE
It is with sadness that we report the Passing to Higher Service of Lgr Nkhise Johannes Chaba, a World War Two veteran today, 20 April 2021.
Lgr Chaba was known as “Oom” Johannes within the South African Legion.
Prior to his blindness Lgr Chaba was a regular attendee at the Annual SS Mendi Memorial Service in Atteridgeville.
